Today we got up bright and early. We got ready and left the church at 9 heading to First Baptist Church Sharron. It was a small cozy church, where we were the youngest people there. They were very welcoming; they let us use the kitchen for our lunch after the service where we had a great meal by Dawn.
The next place we went was a beautiful nursing home. After singing downstairs and noticing we were suppose to be upstairs. We performed in the theater room with a nice crowd of seniors.
Our final stop was the First Baptist Church of Mason where the group that rode down with us was staying for the week. We performed to what we would call a small audience but what they saw as a usual size for a Sunday Night.
After the service we had pizza and recreation in the FBC mason’s Gym. We had a variety of things such as volleyball, basket ball and some blow-up games. After we returned to our home church and had devotion were we Sang and spoke about Rodger and his family’s death, as well as other topics.
Be sure to keep the youth in your prayers, and leave a comment.

Anne looks just like her mother, Mary Rayburn.

I don't remember her first name, but that is definitely Br. Tom Rayburn's daughter. I have enjoyed looking at all the pictures from the trip. I know God is blessing all of you as you do his work. Love to you all!

Everyone looks like their really having a blast. It really helps to see Emily and Evan while they are away...Oh did I mention Emily!! Thank you for the pictures of Evan...but where's Emily? She will try and hide from you Jarrett, but seek her out and snap a picture or two for my sanity. To all the youth, may God make you a blessing to others and may He bless you richly as well. Keep on singing and praising His name.
Love,
Jina
Praying you'll have a more restful night of sleep each night - rest of the week. Also, have been praying for patience as you take your BRIEF showers - one right after another.
Yesterday, the 1st and 2nd graders - Ann Spencer, J. Ross Tittle, Courtney Moore, and Corey Peeks - prayed for strength for LuAnne Ford and Dawn Page, good weather for the sports and Bible clubs, and plenty of food for all.
In Him, Mrs. Laurie
